payment options

In our webshop we offer the following payment options:
- Payment in advance,
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (only within Germany plus 2 EUR)
 
If you pick up your order from us in Hofolding or have it installed directly by us, payment will be made in cash.

Shipping and pickup
Collection information: You are also welcome to collect our products from our service center. For this we would ask you to make an appointment in advance at sales@ec-modules.de.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs to be paid are calculated from the postage, packaging and logistics costs AND the payment methods listed here.

Shipping insurance: When you order from us, you are guaranteed to play it safe. We insure every package for you FREE.

General information about ordering and shipping: After placing your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail as an order confirmation. The goods are usually sent within 48 hours via DHL. For logistical reasons, we do not issue our own shipping notification.
